Head to INFINITI.ca, customize your vehicle, select your preferred retailer, and submit a 100% refundable deposit (CAD $1,000). You'll receive an email confirmation of your reservation. When your vehicle is ready for pickup, your chosen retailer will get in touch to schedule a convenient pickup time.
Reserving online allows you to begin your vehicle or accessory purchase from anywhere, and you can customize it to your exact specifications.

Yes, you have the option to conveniently submit an online reservation for your vehicle and its accessories at your preferred INFINITI retailer.
Yes, if you wish to modify your vehicle's specifications, you will need to cancel your current reservation and initiate a new reservation using the Build & Price tool. Your reservation can be cancelled at any point before vehicle delivery.
Your vehicle reservation will not expire. However, the retailer may want or need to sell the reserved vehicle before you've completed the vehicle purchase. In this case, your retailer will contact you and refund your reservation fee to your original payment method, normally within 3 to 5 business days.
After configuring your vehicle, you will be offered alternative choices or the option to reservation a custom build. Your retailer may also get in touch with you regarding other available options.
The selling retailer will hold your reservation fee until applied to the purchase price of your reserved vehicle and this will be deducted from the total cost of the car.
You will pay your deposit at the time you submit your online reservation. Remember – your deposit is fully refundable and you are free to make changes at any time until you confirm your reservation with your retailer. You can pay via credit cards. We accept - Visa and Mastercard.
Retailers must disclose all fees related to the transaction. They may also offer discounts and deals (if applicable).
Yes, you have the option to cancel your online reservation at any point and receive a full refund.

Upon placing your online reservation, you will promptly receive a confirmation email. We will keep you informed with regular updates on your vehicle's production/ shipping progress. Once your vehicle is ready for delivery, a retailer will get in touch to assist you in finalizing your reservation.
You'll get an online reservation number in your confirmation email once the process is complete. Alternatively, you can find it in your Owner's Portal Dashboard.

You'll receive reservation status updates via email and can track your reservation in your Owner's Portal Dashboard. When your vehicle is ready for pickup, your selected retailer will contact you to arrange details.
The selected retailer will contact you to schedule a pickup time for your new INFINITI vehicle.
If you have moved you will need to contact your chosen retailer to arrange any retailer related updates.
Yes. You don't require to opt-in any Marketing emails to place an online reservation.
You can also opt-out at of Marketing emails any point.
Note: This will not impact your online reservation and you will still be communicated with relevant updates relating to your online reservation
