CONNECT TO BLUETOOTH®
Bring intuitive convenience to your journey by easily pairing your INFINITI to your Bluetooth-enabled smartphone. Follow these simple steps to start accessing features including wireless calls and music streaming.
Pair your iPhone
Follow our step-by-step guide below to connect your iPhone to your vehicle's Bluetooth.
Set up your device
Open Settings > Bluetooth on your phone and make sure the functionality is set to On.
Set up your vehicle
Press the MENU key to get started. On your vehicle’s audio system, select Settings > Bluetooth > Connect Device > Add New to register your device.
Pair your device
Navigate through to Settings > Bluetooth on your device and select MY-CAR.
Confirm pairing
Check that the PIN shown on your vehicle and device are the same. Accept the pairing request on your device and select OK.
Confirm any popups
Your device and vehicle should now be paired. Confirm any additional popups, and view our Bluetooth quick tips below for advice on how to strengthen your connection.
Bluetooth quick tips
Turn off Bluetooth on other devices to avoid interference.
Place your device close to the vehicle's audio system to maximize signal strength.
Make sure your device is fully charged as low battery level may impact the connection.
Move metal, such as coins or metal pens, away from your Bluetooth device and the vehicle's audio system.
